Our tip for today has to do with you and your behavior. Have you ever wondered how much of your life is a function of habit instead of conscious choice? Have you ever wondered how much of your life is really being flown on automatic pilot instead of you deciding what’s in your best interest and what you really want to do? You have to ask yourself, is what you’re doing today what you want to do or is what you’re doing today simply what you were doing yesterday?
If that’s the case, you need to re-think it. There’s never been a better example than with your eating habits. We don’t understand how much we’ve been mesmerized by the marketing machine. We don’t understand how much we’ve been programmed to think that food is fun, food is sexy, food is success. When in fact, it needs to be nutrition.
Stop and ask yourself, “Am I eating what I want, or am I eating what someone has programmed me to think I want?”
