Boys' Night Out

It's Friday, and your man is gearing up for a night on the town with the fellas. Is "boys' night out" cheating when it involves dancing with women and buying them drinks? Is it just a harmless night for a bunch of guys looking to bond and have fun? What should you do if your partner's rituals make you feel insecure, humiliated or embarrassed?

Dr. Phil says that "boys' night out" can be the deal-breaker in a relationship.

If a man needs to bond with his friends, it need not be in a bar. Bars are watering holes and meat markets. People go there to couple up. Tell your man to go out with the guys in a place that's not radiating sex, flirtation, alcohol and cheap thrills.

Don't play word games about whether or not something was an "affair," Dr. Phil says. The best litmus test: If you wouldn't do something in front of your spouse, then it's inappropriate behavior.
