13 to 18: There are definite issues of anger behavior toward your child, and it is recommended that you get help in handling your deep feelings of hostility.

9 to 12: There are situations in which you need to be more in touch with your feelings of anger, instead of taking it out on the child.

4 to 8: There are problems that need to be resolved in your life, and you are likely focusing on your child as an outlet. Look within yourself with Dr. Phil's Self Matters.

0 to 3: Your score indicates that you have no or few anger habits that you use against your child.
