SURPRISE!!! I just lost 10 lbs.
I lost 10 pounds since my last diary entry. YAY!!! That brings my weight to 200 lbs and a total weight loss of 87 lbs. My boyfriend has encouraged me in his own way to move around and work hard in getting my weight down. I still continue to walk around and now i have some resistance bands, dumbells, and an exercise ball and I am beginning to work hard on toning myself up while I still lose that last 30 lbs. I am so happy and I can't wait to see what's in store for me. |
