I need to do better. I have had a lot to eat lately but I have been exercising. I am freaking hungry though. AHH!!!!

Breakfast-toast and butter Lunch- PB and J on light bread, light yogurt with lowfat granola, carrots. Snack - rice cakes. Dinner - hamburger, green beans, not sure what else I will allow myself to have. I think I am doing good today. I would like to go home and do my video. :) DAY 1

Today-first day
Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I want to feel better about myself. I want to go home this evening, eat a healthy dinner, exercise and then allow myself to rest. My husband has heard me tell him that I want this for myself. I read him the goals I set and made him one of my accountability partners. However, I am not sure if he believes that I am ready to do this for real. I don't want to wait until it's too late to make a difference in my health. I keep hearing all this talk about heart disease and women and I don't want to be another statistic. Today I ate ok. I hope I can go home and continue. ONE DAY AT A TIME>
