Sept.17,2003
Started thinking about it today! Walked around the zoo trailing and leading 10 5 year olds. Breakfast-cold cereal, apple juice. Lunch- roast beef on onion roll, chips, Diet DP, granola bar. Dinner- beef and mash potatoes. Went to aquasize, exercised for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Blood sugars all over the place again. Was in the 300 mid afternoon, took insulin before swimming, 135 upon exiting exercise. This is making me crazier than the weight loss stuff, need to get it under control somehow! Weight last night after swimming 244, will try to check next week.
