week three
i went to the dr's today. i have lost 7 pounds! i am proud of my progress and happy that i was able to loose extra weight. we leave in one week for our trip! i know its going to be hard to eat right when we are gone and i am not going to kick myself if i happen to gain a pound or two. i will start working harder when we get home, and i will not give up til i am at my goal weight.

week two
according to our scale at home, i am not 172.5!!! horray! i go to the dr. in 5 days to find out the official weight loss. i am just so happy with my self. i dont really miss the junk i have been eatting. i eat a small piece of dark chocolate a day, usually around 4 or 5 pm, just a little pick me up. i am trying to eat less then 800 calories a day, so far its not hard to do. i am eatting healthy foods, and not over indulging like i used to. i think i am really starting to have self control when it comes to my eatting habits.

week one
after one week of being on this diet, i have lost 3 pounds! i am so happy and proud of myself. i have 2 weeks until my dr's appointment and i want to lose another 2 pounds. according to our scale at home, i have only 2 more pounds until i reach my goal of 10 pounds since my last drs checkup. if i reach my goal, i am gonna go get a manicure. plus we have 3 weeks until our trip, so i have to go buy some clothes for that. i hope i can be down one size for the trip. i keep working hard, and exercising am much as i can. i am eatting less then a thousand calories a day. i am actually looking forward to my drs appointment so i can see that my progress with the drs scale.

the deal
i made a deal with my husband. our one year anniversary is six months away. i want/need to loose 45 pounds. thats 7 pounds a month. i can do that. if i reach my goal by our anniversary i get to go to victoria secret and buy some "sexy" clothes for me (and of course him). i think my goal of 7 pounds a month is realistic and i can acheive my goal. i just need to start. i dont know whats holding me back. i think now that i have something to look forward to, it will incourage me a little more to work harder at this.

month and a half
since my 6 week check up after i had my son, i have lost 5 more pounds! i am proud of this progress. i want to loose around 15 more pounds before our trip in may. i can do this! i just find it hard to find the time to exercise. tom tom wakes up when caleb and hailey go down for their naps. i could try to exercise before breakfast in the mornings.. see how that would work out. i know i can do this.. i bought some really sexy panties and i have them hanging in our bedroom where i can see them everyday. that is my goal.. to be sexy enough to wear those panties for my husband. he supports me and that makes this so much easier for me. almost 2 weeks later and i am still excited about loosing weight. :)

two months
i found out today that i might get to go with my husband to his friends wedding in may. that gives me two months to try to loose some weight. i just had a baby in january, and i am still have 15 pounds to loose from the pregnancy. i know i am ready to do this. i am unhappy with my body and i dont have the energy to play with my other 2 children. i was on a strict diet before and i lost 30 pounds in 2 months. this is my goal. good luck to me!
