Somewhere along the way, through many programs for loosing weight I learned how to change my eating habits to fit into nights. so this is what I do, I hope it helps. i eat three meals a day and two snacks. On evenings i eat breakfast, lunch and supper and a snack in the am before lunch, and in the pm, sometime mid afternoon before supper. I eat supper around six or six thirty pm. then no food for the rest of the evening. Just water, tea, etc. Then on nights i change to this. I eat one snack at around midnight, then the other snack around two. Then I eat breakfast at around three thirty or four. This breakfast is usually a fruit and a instant oatmeal pack. Then when I get home at seventhirty or a quarter to eight. I eat kind of a brunchy thing. Today i ate two boiled eggs, one sausage, tomato slices. Then I go to bed about half or hour later then to bed. Supper when I wake up. Nothing in evening again. I hope this will help. Will be thinking of you and pulling for you.
