I'm not new to these message boards but I am just getting ready to start the weight loss challenge. and it sounds like we are a match. lol I have Dr. Phil's books on this do you? That would probably be a good place to look. I have had them for a long time but I have never read them through. Always seems like there is something more important to do than to take care of me. I know that tomorrows show will reveal alot of pointers too so we can watch that and compare notes. My email is cvlrs@yahoo.com so if you want to email that would be good too. Tonite I plan on eating less, cleaning out some of the food I know is not good to have around, getting out the books and putting them on the kitchen counter, and planning what I'm taking to work for lunch tomorrow. No more "fast food"...what are your plans ?
