Hi Mary - I just had to jump in here and let you know I have several of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVDs and LOVE them! My favorites are Walk and Kick and Walk Strong. On that note, I'd better dust them off and get back into a routine myself. Good luck!
