09/12 The N-Word Debate
Quote From: cornell74OK which white person is going to let me have it, I'm ready. I know I'm in trouble for this one I know your going to say "who are you to categorize white people"" I'm not like anything you said" you need to speak for yourself." "You think you speak for whites" "You don't even know me" Blah Blah Blah Anyone who says that to me is obviously not here to help rather just to argue and i am not going to waste my time defending what I know to be true.
I am a white person and I mainly fall into category 3, I agree with your statements to all of us, black and white, I do feel that black people are racist towards me especially when I see the race card used and a black person on TV spewing anger towards all white people. I think the black dentist that was recently on Dr. Phil that was shown on video pushing people and going off over being able to enter his parking garage and then claiming he was the one abused is a recent example of the race card being used inappropriately Also, the OJ comment by Paul Moodey was extremely offensive to me and this makes it hard to be understanding and does make me feel like he is a racist and no one said anything to him about such an offensive comment. The few black people I have known personally are wonderful people but sometimes I wonder if underneath they harbor resentment towards me that could just come out in such force as it did with the two above mentioned men and with some of the angry comments on this website.
