09/18 Parents Falsely Accused?

I hope that Dr. Phil's staff reads this and alerts him to your message. I'm sure that the Director of CASA would be interested in Ohio. I agree with the writer about guardian ad litem in Ohio. They are part of a system who work within the system and by the system rules. This system directs what will happen and if the guardian does not go along, they are no longer a guardian ad litem. amen lady, this is bigger than Dr. Phil for sure. If he tried to take on this dysfunction, he would be up against a system not just state wide, but it is my understanding from other states, this is just how they operate.
