Hi Ann. Our stories regarding the depression and anxiety sound very much alike. I have only recently been able to return to work after a medical leave for depression and PTSD. I, too need encouragement with the exercise part of the equation. I enjoy it when I get in the habit. Starting the habit again is proving very hard. I injured my knee last month while exercising and I have been unable to get started again aven though the Dr. has now said the aerobic walking I was doing is OK. We could encourage each other if you would like. I also replied to Mary's message but did not get a response from her as yet.

I have started emailing with another person on these boards and we are currently (though just started yesterday) emailing each other our proposed exercise schedules for the upcoming week. This is helpful as I knew now somebody knows and I am accountable to that other person. We could do something similar and check in with each other during the week for added encouragement.
