Is it a Waste?

Quote From: exgamerdotnet

I have to agree that it was great to see Nader on the program today. It's a pity we're not seeing him in the Presidential Debate tonight. He is a candidate, is he not?

Yes, Mr. Nadar is running for President as he does every year.  Too often people think that they will "waste" their vote on an independent who is not accepted by Elephants and Asses.

My Question is:  "How's it working for you?"

On below website, with starwars fighting smileys, I saw pop up advertising for Ralph Nader for President paraphernalia so I think he IS still running. You have to keep refreshing page to see different advertising sort of like here on Dr. Phil Website.

Presidential debate tonight by Obama and McCain went well for them both. I'd say a tie. There'll be anohter in 11 days I think.

Vice Presidential Debates will be October 2nd, I think. I think it would have made debate even more interesting to have Ralph Nader. Also, to have his running mate Matt Gonzalez on Vice Presidential debate on October 2nd.

Nadar is a Presidential Candidate!

And here is how you can vote for him:

If you live in any state except Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, or Texas he will be on the ballot and you can vote for him just like you would any other candidate.

If you live in Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, or Texas: you can write in Nadar/Gonzales-it will not at this point be on the ballot, but you can still vote for Nadar and your vote should be counted.

If you live in Oklahoma, you have a bit of a problem because Nadar is not on the ballot and they don't count write ins.  Nadar is looking to join a lawsuit regarding this refusal to count write ins.  Nadar encourages you though to attempt to do a write in anyway.

Things are further complicated in that Nadar is not the Green Party or Independent Green Party Candidate.   I am not sure how this all came to be, perhaps if someone knows they can post an explanation?

And of course the corporate party along with their friends the corporate media did not allow Nadar in the debate...they can't afford to let the people know that their is a real candidate who won't steal their tax payer dollars to bailout corrupt failed financial instituions.    But the good part is you can let everyone know that there is options.
