10/19 "I'm Gay, OK?"
Quote From: indmiracleI had a gay friend who died a few years ago. Before his death, he often took care of his friends who were dying from AIDS, because their families would not have anything to do with them. He also took care of a co-worker of ours (who, incidentally, was straight) when she had to have a kidney-transplant and her family lived out of town and was not available. He was also going to take care of myself when I had bariatric surgery, but he died from an apparent heart attack before I had my surgery. He would take time off from his job to care for people who needed someone with them.
I cannot believe that my God. My loving and caring God, did not care for him as much as He does for me. A straight person. I cannot and will not believe that. In no way does this say that God cares for someone more than others. But, God expects us to be obedient to Him as our Father. A parent wants their child to obey them because they love them. If they do not obey their parents, they are punished. Does this mean the parent does not love the child-NO!. If we love them, we will punish them. If you commit a crime, you must be punished. We have to answer for our actions eventually.
