And I agree and understand the economic ideas you suggested. The pension plan is not in jepaordy. The 2006 Pension Protection Act that the Federal government mandated has prevented further pension plans of being under funded. This information is available for all to see on IRS.gov. since I only work for a private comapny I cannot speak about Social Secuirty that is administered by the governement.
