please get some therapy and maybe medication and work on yourself. You dont need to live like this. There is help available but only you can help yourself.
I tried therapy a couple of times. All they wanted to talk about was how fat my daughter was. It didnt help a thing. I was told it was my fault and all that and I refuse to take their Zombie medicine.
