 While I appreciate the fact that you support your kid and the fact that being TG isn't a choice, you then turn around and continue to judge homosexuality based on ignorance, and also make inaccurate statements about TG people anyway-

With transgenders, they consider themselves straight when they make their transition.

As informed people have repeated over and over here, you cannot determine whether of not someone is gay simply based on the internal gender identity they have. That means you can't accurateley say they are all gay, and also that you can't say they are all straight.

There ARE people born physically male whose internal sense of gender is female, who are in fact attracted to women and not men, and vice versa.  These people's existence  challenges the very notion of "being gay" itself, since according to those who treat physical birth sex as the immutable determinant of whether you are a man or woman, being born with a penis makes you a man forever even after genital reassignment surgery

But then if these same people are presented on the street with a MtoF TS who is partnered with a natal woman, they treat them as "perverts" because in their eyes they are  a lesbian couple, even if the TS still has the original male sex organs.

This happens regularly to people who marry as heterosexual couples and then one person transitions and they stay together- their relationship and union is seen as normal, good, proper, holy, etc when they marry as a man and woman...but once they have the outward appearance of being a same sex couple, they instantly become evil perverted homosexuals........???

This betrays a very obvious fact: when people decide to judge same sex couples, they really don't care about their supposedly "real" and "immutable" birth sex and are perfectly willing to accept a born male with a penis who looks like a woman *as* a woman- if it means they can heap scorn and judgment on them for being gay.

They are willing to accept a person born female who transitions to male as 100% male- if it means they can deny that person the ability to then marry a man, even though according to their twisted world view, they cannot be anything but a heterosexual man/woman couple.

BTW, this same scenario happens all the time to intersexed people and also straight, non-TG people who simply have natural, God-given androgynous looks.

This is a big part of why the Bible that these people profess to follow admonishes them NOT to judge others and seek to punish them for their perceived transgressions- because only God knows their true hearts and identities; those things cannot be determined just by looking at someone...and because the matter is between God and the individual, and nobody else's business.
