Mentally retarded people CANNOT, even if they wanted to, "repent of their sins or pray". They don't have the brain power for it! Are you implying that homosexuals have the same brain power? or don't have the brain power enough to make their own decisions? That's what you were implying when you compared them together.
By the way, how do you know that mentally retarded people don't love God? Have you asked one? They probably love God more than you or me. What sins do they have to repent of also?
