What!!!! you gotta do what you gotta do mentality steal if you can't afford a cell phone. Come on if you you can't afford one don't get one, if you want one work for it, just like the rest of us do.
In this country you are not guaranteed anything but you have opportunitys to achieve (work) for what you want. If 30 40 hours is not enough to get what you want work 60 hours or find a new job that will allow you that option. Go to school get a education can't afford it join the service and get a college fund for your time given to your country. There is always options, It just what you are willing to do to achive those options
