He should be arrestd on your stage. I am outraged that he thinks he can just do what he wants and get away with it. . Dr. Phil...are you going to let him continue getting away with this??? Dr Phil is not a police officer and can not really make this man or anyone else stop shop lifting. All he can do is give them the counceling and the help they need to stop.
