Quote From: sboyd55I don't care what two people do in the privacy of their own home, but when they start throwing it in my face, and
calling me names and
judging me for not embracing their lifestyle, then i think it is time to speak up. If they feel so right about what they are doing, why are they
so desperate for our approval anyway?
Those that fight against oppression, know of oppression and the many faces it takes.
Those "straights" that hold hands, embrace, and kiss, on t.v., on the streets, in the movies, etc. are doing so because it(sic) comes naturally. However those "straights" that are repulsed by others behaving as naturally as those "staights" do are being hypocritical.
Those "straights" that send out invitations and engagement announcements to news papers are flaunting "their" lifestle.
To be able to talk about "their" spouse in public and the workplace is a usual event for those "straights".
Those "straights" have the right to make decisions for their spouse when their spouse isn't capable of doing so for them selves.
Those "straights" can walk into the ICU because they are family.
Need I go on?
In you face is normal for those "straights". It is an every day occurance for us "gays" in an oppressive society.
If it(sic) bothers those "straights" to have to put up with(tollerate) those "gays" holding hands in public, etc. all I have to say is,
Whats good for the goose, is good for the gander.
