How do people get AIDS? You are apparently referring to the AIDS you get by having multiple sex partners or having sex with someone who has it.
I'm sure God wouldn't want condom use and safe sex practices because we are here to reproduce. That is what sex is for. He didn't make it for personal pleasure or money. He made it for his children to be born into this world. I'm also sure He wouldn't want His children to die from AIDS either.
hmmm....maybe the answer that God would want is just FOR PEOPLE TO STOP SLEEPING AROUND! That's what I'm sure God would want--one partner (one clean partner). That's just. That's right. There would be no use for "safe sex practices" if every one remained chaste until they were sure about who they were gonna be with for the rest of their life.
