They are all getting older and live in 3 different states. Or, attend a family reunion. I don't need gadgets or perfume or skin care products. Doesn't Dr. Phil remember his childhood? I guess not. Who wants all those fancy things when you're sick or hungry or struggling? Please get real with your holiday show!!!!

It's "funny" how a few years in "Tinsel Town" can make a person lose tough with reality.
I thought last year's Christmas gifts were beyond ridiculous. Especially for an audience made homeless by wild fires. Huge plasma TV's? Sheeesh!
You want to know why the audience is given gadgets, perfume, and skincare products? The sponsors advertise their products by giving them. It costs them less than running commercials, which I always mute. They get a tax write-off for giving their products. And, Dr Phil provides links on his website so viewers can buy their products,
