Remember, nomatter the situation, everything looks different from the theatre seats than it does from in front of the camera.  In (Christian) college, I couldn't imagine how my friend could've slept with her boyfriend.  It seemed so black and white to me, and in my heart, I judged her.  Later, it became all too clear to me when I was faced with the same temptation.  On the flip side, if you listen to Donna's story, it is clear that she tried several times to break free of this man.  In fact, it is the breaking free that lit his fuse.  You will also see that other people who knew him early in their relationship had favorable opinions of him.  If these men started out wearing their monster suits, none of us would ever get near them.  Please have the compassion to refrain from judging a person when they are clearly walking chin deep in the aftermath of a tragedy.  We are all faced with choices every day.  I am willing to bet, like me, you make some bad choices too.  The problem is, we usually don't realize how bad they are until they've mowed us over, and we're lying wounded on the side of the road, in desperate need of a little compassion from on-lookers.
