i guess it depends on how bad you want it and letting go of some of your dreams. like for me, i havent adopted yet but i know it'll cost me so i've let go of a lot of my dreams because i want it bad enough. i totally agree with you but there's really nothing much we can do...although i think domestic adoptions are generally cheaper than international but adoptable newborns have unforunately become a commodity and is set to the laws of the market...very sad
