Unfortunatly I have had experience with military men and they are the worst. There are large gaps of separation they have from their spouse and opportunities to let the beast roam, far away from the homefront. Women give up sex to easily where men are concerned and they don't make the men accoutable for their actions. Men just wanting sex will fade away quickly when a sincere woman makes the man wait. It becomes to much work for them. Good luck and Happy New Year!!! It sounds like you are giving men a blanket excuse to cheat, or "let the beast out" as you say. It's true that women and men don't understand the experience of the other.
Men are "washed" in testosterone something like 7 times a day, whereas women are "washed" in estrogen something like 7 times a month.
The urges we feel have the same intensity for both sexes, but men are subjected to it more often.
So in a sense you could say that genetics plays a role, in that if you are a man, you DO have to display strength more frequently.
Be careful the way you characterize the bad behavior of men, lest you make them think they are inferior and they live up to it.
They act like self-serving, selfish children because most people buy into that childish notion that "they can't help themselves!" That's crap.
