Hey there sweetie i'm so glad to see you post .I too was wondering how you were through all this .I miss my family here on the boards.I hope you have been looking after yourself?Are you eating and sleeping alright >I hope so .i'll check back in before bed time.Its hot up there i hear.my cousins are home from ontario and they couldn''t wait to get here on the island to cool of f.chat after sweetie lots of luv .cathy you know what i just realized? i do think of this board as a family. i have been trying to look after myself, but it is proving to be just too hard. i think i am going to have to go back on meds. eating is a little better than before, but sleeping isn't improving at all. ya, we've had the last few days not too bad. it's only been about 22-27 celsius. we had some really hot days last week and it was nice to be near a lake. anyway, i am going to talk to my doctor about meds this next week and i'll let you know how that goes. thanks for still being here. luv jenna
