Bluntly put, knowledge is power. Had Natalie or her mom or the school known that tourist women must be more on their guard, maybe a trip would not have taken place or more precautions taken. Once the laws of the country are known, tourist act accordingly. This was not the case, now it is known,
from watching Dr. Phil, bars target young women for nefarrious happenings. This one got out of hand maybe and no one wants to admit that. In some countries, women are treated as property, maybe this is the case here as seen from the results. Steer clear of Aruba until they make up their mind!
