I have a case worker from the mental health center who is helping me now and helping me to learn new coping skills to learn how to deal with my illnesses. It wont be easy, it will take a lot of hard work on my part. After I get emotional stable I'm hoping my night terrors will go away, these message boards help me so much. To talk to others and help me work through my pain, you guys are like my family. Is that ok? You understand because your going through the same thing, as I am I'm not the only person who is going through this. Thats why I don't feel alone in this situation, you people care and have compassion like Dr Phil. I'm not into talk shows, I always thought it was all phony to try to make money or something. Now I know it's not true since I watch Dr Phil, I even tape his show on my DVR I have it set to record every day so if I miss a show I can go back and watch it later. I learn a lot from this man he has a lot of wisdon and knowledge about this field and helps so many people. I'm praying he will have me on the show and wants to help me too....
What is he going to help you with, and what is the topic of the show...... I WONT MISS IT!!!!!
