DBT has been suggested for my daughter and she is willing to participate, which is good, but can you share some of what you feel has changed for you since you started DBT.  Looking for good news in the north.

 I have BPD, I was doing DBT for two years, I just could not get it. now they closed my file and i have no therapist . I don't know what i am going to do .
DBT is for people with BPD yes,but it's not for everyone.
I have lost a therapist that i had for 12 years over this DBT.
