I have researched this issue, and the deadline date start too finish , starts no from when you had the surgery, but when you realizes the damage. Then it is three years, and not every state has the same statue of limitations for malpractice.
I too file with the local medical reveiw board and there are FDA, and other federal boards, peer. etc.
Sometimes just he simplest words like botch surgeies and the type and ask attorney's . That is where I asked.
