Replies to 'Depression'

My step brother was a marine & was in desert storm. I live with him & his wife for awhile when I was 15 and he was such a mess (still is). He came home early because my step father (his Dad) was in the final stages of cancer. I remember one night him straddled across my sister in law choking her. I had to get him off of her. It breaks my heart to see him like that. We had been close growing up even though he was so much older than I was. 

I can't even imagine what your going through. Your at the mercy of the Dr.'s who won't help. You have to see the Dr.'s that are covered by any medical policies you have but they work for the government. So they will diagnose according to what the government sees fit. 

Are you currently seeing a psychologist  or a counslor? How about your wife? Are you guys in marriage counsling?  My heart aches for you guys. I pray that you are both able to get the proper assistance. Just know that we are all here for you any time. Even if you just want to vent. We are good listeners and like to help and be there for each other. It's really nice coming back here & seeing the same names. It's comforting.  

I can't say I know exactly what your going through but I care that you are having a tough time right now.
