Hi laurie , nice to see you !I am not well at all i have been really sick since last wednesday and i don't know what is causing me to be so down and depressed this time.I think maybe with me losing touch with one of my best girlfriends who i haven't talked to in awhile makes me sad.I think alot of this girl and now she has no way to contact me because she is so far away and we talk IM every morning and evening usually and i miss her i guess.And i am pphysically sick as well so all that tying in together with a few other little problems in the mix kinda is spinning me out of control and by that i mean not eating or sleeping just aniexty all the time lately.God willing i will get well again i hope.I don't enjoy the things that give me pleasure and its sad!So with alot of prayer and support from my family &friends i hope i can get back on track to some normality in my life.I just don't know what is normal though.Is this normal all these feelings ?I say not but normal to have the symtoms from depression but a far cry from being normal.I'm just rambling here so i think i'll go now and do what i have been doing this past week or two just CRY!!!
