Right now we think the water is freezing because it's 70 degrees. Heck when I was a kid in MI 70 degrees felt like bath water. You can't argue it being cold no matter where you live when yo have to turn defrost on in your car & scrape windows. I have had to scrape windows several times this winter. And when your daughter leaves a cup of something on the porch over night & when you come out in the morning & it's frozen....it's cold.
