Sadly, due to the open pride of our society's hard work against the best interests of abused men, there arrises a problem: Abused men usually refuse to do anything, refuse to report the abuse, refuse to  protect themselves ....

Until we are willing to raise the status of abused men and their children to that of fellow human being we will continue to have children damaged and destroyed by abusive women.

I wrote on this in the early 1980's. The problem has gotten worse. One --among many-- of the reasons for the damage to chidlren can be seen in Dr. Phil's treatment of these women in comparison to abusive men.

With abusive men Dr. Phil gets right into their face; he calls them out. With abusive women Dr. Phil gets all nice with "how's that working for you." There is no calling out, no calling for them to be responsible, no charging them with the damage they do.

Therein lies the essential difference. With abusive men society gets tough, with abusive women society gets supportive. This is a great wrong which harms children as well as men.
