i hope it works out, sometimes social services can be so stupid. Is the mother willing to give up the little girl. My sister has a step daughter her and her husband had custody of her but then he gave it back to the mother, my sister can't do anything and she is pushing her husband to go for custody again. It is not a good home for the girl to grow up it, for many reasons, nothing directly to her but what she has to see.
