hi ,hope your having a better day then iam...my arms hurt so bad all night i didnt get no sleep an i read these mesege boards an think to myself wow im not the only one in the world in pain,,this messege board helps me so much but i wish they could help me to get off of the pain pills..im scared to stop them cause they tell me the withdraws are horrible but i need my life back..you have a great day..love linda from montana..
