TEFRA MEDICAID

Any suggestions? In Arkansas special needs kids can get Medicaid based on their medical needs, not their parents income. The program is called TEFRA. Even after I called DHS to find help for my son, they told me nothing was available. But, when I called & asked for a TEFRA application, they mailed me one & my son got what he needed.
