Any class of serotonin reuptake inhibitors actually will push you inot a manic phase and cause worse symptoms. These include lexipro, prozac, Zoloft, wellbutrin, etc. Equatro is a new drug for people with bipolar disorders 1 and 2. It is a carbazapine class. So maybe you should see your psychiatrist about it.
