I read your problem and I don't want you to feel alone,  My mother experienced the same thing caring for my sick father,  I know that it is hard, but I honestly believe that you will end up resenting anyone who tries to motivate you,  when you are ready, you will have all the motivation you need.  Right now you are just under too much stress to worry about dieting or exercise.  Take time to let yourself relax and when you are less stressed you will want to exercise.
