I have been using this method (1000's of photos) for the last 2 and 1/2 years and am down 100 lbs. There is a inventer in Japan that has been taking photos of all the food that he eats for the last 35 years.
Only in the last 2 or 3 years has this method become usefull because of the smaller digital cameras.
Strength training combined with aerobics is the answer along with healthy food choices. I have struggled to lose weight for years. I recently started exercising this way and have begun losing weight for the first time in years!
