03/27 More Wifestyles, Part 3

Quote From: julia_beth

I think you misunderstood what they were saying about the babysitter. They don't have a babysitter coming to the home everyday when she's cleaning. It is an optional service that is there if she needs to run errands or just needs a break. Cherrios are not that big of a deal.  Do you follow your toddler through the entire house to pick up every cherrio they drop? I don't imagine you have the time if your as busy as you are. That child could have dropped them right before Ken got home we don't know.

I give you credit for doing as much as you do as well. But Diana is being neglected by Ken. What time he spends with her is limited to him telling her how she doesn't add up to his standards. Also it is a bit different for her. She doesn't have a tennager to help out. And as you said your house isn't spotless every day. But you can't actually say that it would be if you were in her shoes.

THe cheerios on the floor were from the morning before he left for work and were still there when he got home.  That is a little gross.

Sweetie, I worked full-time, went to grad school full-time, AND had six week old twins and a 20 month old. I stay home now, and I've NEVER been so tired. You really shouldn't talk about something for which you have no frame of reference. It's not just politically incorrect, it's ludicrous.

I cant beieve you would even sauy that about a stay at home mom. I am so glad that you have time to do all of those things like EMT and all of that but come on you must be very strong but some of use are not. I am a SAH mom and I am lucky to get two kids under 3 up, feed them breakfast, clean up after that, play with them 2 different games my 1 year old cant play the same games as my 3 year old. cook lunch, clean, then i have to do all the chores, cook supper and then get them to bed. My husband does do their baths but that is all and I am a full time college student and on the Deans List. And she didnt say she was using the babysitter, actually I didnt hear here say anything. She clearly doesnt use the cleaning service if he is always complaining. I wouldnt want some one coming in to my house and cleaning it is my house. Give her a break and Ken is no saint.
