from what ive read on this board the services in the states sound really awful.
i think very highly opf any person who fosters children in order to help them.
i was in the system as a child over here and it sucked i went into about 15 different
homes and only about 3 of them had good intentions.
people that abuse the system and foster innocent children for the money or whatever should not be looking after children that have already had a hard enough time,
there are genuine people out there and i say good on them they are making a difference in someones life,
i think that foster parents ought to be screened a whole lot harder. how much does the system really know about these people?!!!!!
anyways thank you to the people out there doing a good job looking after foster children!!!!
hope things improve for these people posting on this site.
