Widowed and need teaching

I think you should do a show on this topic for us that have forgotten how. I have tried the online dating thing but not to impressed with it. I don't do the bar scene either because I don't drink. My vice is smoking, which I have tried to give up but gained 40 pounds. Now I can't loose it. Show me the way!!!!!
