We have joint custody. It got so ugly, I simply said I can't fight anymore. It did not go through the courts, and no one decided he should have them more, I simply couldn't take anymore emotional abuse, and wanted to be done with him. I regret signing those papers. As soon as I can afford it, we will be going back to court.
