CPS needs to be involved, and the adults need to be jailed. Dr. Phil Wasn't hard enough on her, probably because he knew it wouldn't do any good. Did you see how many times, she rolled her eyes? She was there to defend her position, not change it, I am sure Dr. Phil knew that any amount of talking to her would fall on deaf ears.
