Like a star from the East God's Son arose
Children in Easter clothes learning in Bible Classes
A bright star in the Eastern sky long ago rose
Church pews lined with the spiritual sitting in rows
Jumping outside a cotton tail rabbit passes
Like a star from the East God's Son arose
Families at parks with thoughts that they chose
With Holiday punch being poured into glasses
A bright star in the Eastern sky long ago rose
Gnostics and Agnostics on park bench wiggling toes
Talking of what is known and believed by the masses
Like a star from the East God's Son arose
One said I believe and the other said nobody knows
Children playing about on beautiful park grasses

The Science and Sunday school teachers came to blows in prose
When the lads asked their teachers who made lasses
