Wake up call to parents of unruly toddlers

Quote From: steph124ny

These types of behaviors generally don't happen overnight. Was there anything done all the way along to improve the situation? I haven't seen the show yet so I don't know the full details.  It sounds like these kids need serious, probably inpatient, counseling.

Steph

I have spent  most of my life  volunteering with children  and  I KNOW that the children of today are NOt taught to  obey their parents. Parents often ask things instead of direct them. Children of prechool age dont have the maturity to "decide" what is best for themselves. THEY NEED loving, consistant, mature adults to guide them every day to become the:KIND loving patient self-controlled gentle and consistant people who will grow up to lead our country instead of take up rooms in the prisons and mental hospitals. Yes there are children with disabilities, but often they are more loving and kind than the ones with the brains, athletic ability and beauty. What are OUR goals for this next generation??? How can We help our own children and teens and  young adults? What do We need to grow in and learn and apply in our relationships? maybe this show was a wake up call for us all.
