At first glance, it's easy to agree with this, but I think it's dangerous territory. Although I have no respect for anyone who intentionally gets pregnant against the expressed desires of her partner, to withhold financial support punishes the child. My cousin was told she could not conceive, and was surprised (luckily, it was a happy surprise). That child was called a miracle. Ten years later, she had another miracle. This is rare, but not unheard of. 

  

I also question the mothering ability of someone selfish enough to bring a child into this world in such an irresponsible manner. But who makes the decision to take the child away? There is a lot of gray area in this situation, and I don't think I would want the government sorting it out. 

He wasn't "Tricked" into anything.....he had sex, he has to pay the price.  He is being a childish, spoiled little brat for makeing a lawsuit so he doesn't have to pay child support!  He made his bed, he has to lie in it.  Maybe he learned his lesson.  Of course, all the other women in the nation who saw this show today won't even get near him now, so we're all safe!

Why do you say she tricked him?  If she was told she could'nt have kids, that's what she believed and it's totally possible to get pregnant on the pill.  If he was that adamant about not wanting kids don't have sex!!  I also have never heard of two young people openly discussing his not wanting children and what exactly they would do to prevent it.  He needs to grow up, he had said now he should be there for his child.

the men should actually listen to what they are saying do they really want us women to cut them off from sex because if you forgot your male parts are what go in to our uteruses thats what sex is.

 There are so many gray areas in these individual cases. Some sort of deception laws would probably be helpful.   

 As for taking babies away from unstable homes, that's just not the answer. People need to be educated on how to be stable. We need to start caring about children. Not just moving them from one place to the next. A simple fix isn't always the best answer.  

How can you say that woman is unstable when the man who was "TRICKED" can't  even make a fair judgement of character to realize he was being "dooped"?! That is the funniest quote I have seen!  

Sounds like something from a schoolyard "Mommy Mommy No Fair! She tricked me"! "She seduced me"!  "I didn't want to but she made me have sex"! 

NOW THAT SOUNDS UNSTABLE!!   ESPECIALLY A MAN NOT THINKING AT ALL FROM HIS BRAIN..................
